Depending on your unique needs and preferences, we will help you make sense of what services are available, how to get started and discuss the funding options available to you, so you can access the health care or services that suit you.
Who can receive services?
People of all ages can receive our services. We provide in-home aged care, but we can also care for children and adults with illness or injury. We also provide support and advice for family, friends and carers through a range of situations.
Government subsidized care
Depending on your circumstances and the level of care you require, you may be eligible for services free of charge or may need to make a contribution to the cost of your care. Each person's situation is different, so the funding options available are determined on an individual basis.
When you call our friendly Contact Center team, they'll help you work out what's available, how to get started, how much your home care will cost and answer any other questions you may have. We make it easy and hassle-free for you to make informed decisions and receive the care you need.
Private home care services
We offer all of our home care services on a private, fee-paying basis. There's no waiting list and no need for a government assessment or subsidy. Our private services are available to people of any age for any period of time. That means that you can purchase the care you need, whenever you need it.
